Great Blender for the Occasional Blending Needs

Summary: I got this blender as a gift for Christmas. I had been asking for one for a very long time. I love making soup, but I hate having to wait for it to cool down enough to use my standard blender. With this blender, problem solved. I love the design of it, it’s incredibly simple.
Summary: Not a quality build, but then for the bucks you should not expect too much, I guess. But it is worse than I thought it would be. The cover over the cutter is very thin stainless steel with quite a sharp edge at the base. I had to use a small file to to just smooth then edge over.
Summary: Recieved product in timely manner, but it was all beaten up. The chopping bowl looks as if it has been used already, scuff marks, and dents in plastic. Very disappointed. I used the whisk today and was very flimsy, but got the job done. Weight of the handle is alright.
Summary: The stick blender part is about the same as every other stick blender I've owned. They're all great until they break. This one hasn't broken yet, so that's good. Actually, it's also pretty handy that the bottom comes off, since that makes it easier to wash.

Summary: Understand that I'm rating it granted the price. The materials are lightweight plastics and these are intended for light usage. That said -- they work very well and are a bargain if you're looking to make a salsa, a shake, or chop up a boatload of garlic in the chopping bowl.
Summary: every week i make a large batch of pancakes and flatbreads that i bake and refrigerate for use in the coming week ahead. this unit is loud and vibrates more than a cheap hand drill, but comes in handy to wipe and aerate each quart of batter and clean up is easy.
Summary: Not too pleased with this. I bought it to use mostly as an immersion blender. I have only used that feature of this unit. IThe clip on part kept falling off. I called Hamilton Beach for a new part. It was under warranty, and after paying $4.99 for shipping, I received a new part.
Summary: I bought this for the emersion blender and ended up falling in love with the choping bowl, after initially writing it off as another useless kitchen gadget attachment! So far the choping bowl has impressed me by helping me with oreo and graham cracker crust making and then also copycat Blizzards and...
Summary: This blender is terribly loud and it over heats if I use it for more than 1 minute. It was inexpensive and I though for minimal use it would get, it should do fine. That's not the least bit true. I do not recommend this unit.
