If you are debating between nutribullet and CPB300...save your money, get the CPB!!!!

JEAN GERMAIN, Amazon
13 February 2014
  • Summary: Great product just as efficient and effective as the nutribullet. Probably better because you get more cups, and the cups are bigger and more slender. The easy sip lids makes it convenient to travel with. Liquifies anything (I.e.

Love the blender...but can't use the blending jar without a missing piece!!!

Girl Next Door "Girl Next Door", Amazon
5 February 2014
  • Summary: The blending jar lid is open...the clear top was not in the box! Not sure what to do. The option from Amazon is to return the whole thing! Update-Amazon customer service gave me 20% off the blender, since I did not want to repack it and ship it back. I found that Cuisinart.com has the piece for 30 cents MORE than the 20% given to me, but I ordered the piece. Also, when I complained about the inconvenience, I was given a $10 merchandise credit by Amazon. I'm happy.

Great for Medium-Level Blending

Lisa Shea "be the change you wish to see in t..., Amazon
14 January 2014
  • Summary: We've owned our Cuisinart CPB-300 SmartPower Blender for nearly three years. Here are our experiences with the blender. Cuisinart CPB-300 SmartPower Blender First, a bit of background. Over the years we have owned inexpensive $20 manual juicers, $380 Blendtec blenders, and pretty much everything in between. We love making fresh meals with fresh ingredients; blenders help with that quest. So we believe strongly in having a good quality blender that does its job properly.

Works Great.. Just Not Forever

Koredova, Amazon
10 January 2014
  • Summary: We were looking for a compact blender to make fruit smoothies that didn't cost an arm and a leg, didn't look like a mini spaceship sitting on the counter and came from a fairly well know brand. We decided to try this unit and for what it is designed for it works great. It does not stand up well to abuse however and will become a paperweight if not taken care of properly. You can expect a year of life if used 1-2 times a day.

Lasted only 6 months

Coffeedawgs, Amazon
8 December 2013
  • Summary: Purchased in May 2013 and the motor seized up in November 2013. We used the blender on average 1 time a day. We always made sure there was enough liquid as not to cause motor strain. That is we in my opinion did not abuse it by trying to make snow out of ice or running it until the motor got hot. I would NOT purchase if you want to make smoothies with ice. Works great at first but the quality for long term use is just not there.

Better than Hamilton and Bullet

LivingHealthy, Amazon
11 November 2013
  • Summary: We have had this unit for a month or so and use it every day. It has been a great unit so far and I have absolutely no complaints. If used as directed, it will provide perfect results every time. We have used it for making smoothies and other chopping tasks. It chops through the ice just as good as the professional models. Very happy with this unit. The Hamilton we had would still leave large chunks of ice.

Couldn't stand frozen strawberries

Lee S Xiong, Amazon
7 July 2013
  • Summary: Got about 50 uses out of it. It couldn't handle the frozen strawberries and bananas anymore and the plastic base got torn off. I love making protein smoothies so I'm going to buy something that can handle frozen fruits.
