Summary: I've had my Braun Hand Blender for years. It's mounted on the kitchen wall above the worktop with the bracket provided so is always within easy reach. It's great for sauces, soups and smoothies, milk shakes and also for soft cake mixes. The whisk attachment whisks egg whites really quickly and the chopper makes light work of grinding nuts, making breadcrumbs, etc. And it creates minimal washing up.
Summary: Great product and service from seller. Product came from Germany with adaptor for uk plug included in package! Product is very handy for baby food to making smoothies, sauces without even transferring to blender and therefore without using too many utensils ( hate washing up). Love the fact that the end is metal and not plastic as i am using it to mash up hot sauces and food . Overall, great product , practical and therefore highly recommended.
Summary: Why don't Bosch sell hand blenders in the UK? We had a Bosh blender for years and the blade spindle became loose (a common problem I understand) We spent a couple of years going through cheaper branded blenders that performed poorly and decided it was worth paying for something that worked properly. This product is superb, blends to a paste really quickly and is highly recommended.
Summary: This blender is very good indeed, I was a little doubtful about the shape of the 'foot' before trying it but it is excellent and the fan shape avoids it attaching to the bottom of the saucepan. It is one piece of kitchen equipment I hate to be without.
Summary: I broke my previous one making peanut butter - and disregarding how long I was supposed to use it without letting it cool down - so just replaced this motor/liquidiser part. It's great for soups and smoothies - and certainly encourages healthy eating. Home made soup is nearly as quick as opening a tin - and you know exactly what you've put in it. Saves wastage as well - as you can make 'end of the week' soup with vegetables that might otherwise go to waste.
