Summary: These are literally the best buy in binoculars right now. The clarity and quality of these binos is very close to that of similar units costing 5 times as much, and far exceeds that of comparably priced units. They are very well made, easy to focus and use, and as someone who wear glasses and sunglasses, the twist up eyecups are a perfect feature for me.
Summary: When it comes to anything in optics, You want to pay a little more for good glass, And nothing in my opinion compare to Zeiss. I love these pair of binoculars, they are worth way more than i paid.
Pros: Zeiss glass, Great in low light, light enough to take on a hunt or a hike,
Summary: I just used my new Zeiss Terra 10x42 binocular and was very pleased on the image quality, light transmission, and it wasn't heavy! I definitely recommend these binoculars for anyone looking for a high quality optic at a reasonable price.
Summary: The concern amongst some reviewers about Chinese production of these binoculars is evidently valid. My pair arrived with a several-millimeter hair or piece of industrial debris inside one of the tubes. Also, the eyecups only twisted into two and not four positions as advertised. Zeiss should be ashamed. Thanks to OpticsPlanet for facilitating a rapid return.
Summary: I compared these side by side with other brands at a Cabela's store, I read the reviews, I even called another store or two to ask about Optics. I settled on these almost the first time I looked through them comparing others in the same price range. They are bright, clear, easy to adjust, comfortable to carry and wear. I ordered them, looked through them right away and loved them. Then... I tried to put the strap and covers on.
