Summary: If you hunt where big glasses on tripods rule then these glasses will not let you down. We hunt in the west for mule deer, elk, pronghorn and Desert Coues deer with these glasses. Just used mine to spot several mature Coues bucks in AZ Hunt Unit 36B. My father's Minox 15x glasses could not discern the horns on several of the Coues I could easily see.
Summary: Must have glass for the western hunter! I purchased Kaibab's for Az. mule deer, elk, javelina hunts. Have used them twice for scouting so far and they haven't dissapointed. Clear, crisp images even in low light and rain. Great clarity at distances, was able to count points at over a mile away no problem. Far less $$ than european brands out there and and just as good quality. Easy on the eyes also, zero eye fatigue after glassing for 3hrs.
Summary: These Binoculars are right up there with the top dollar one's at half the price and the warrenty is great. Vortex is an excellent brand and I would suggest getting a pair before they realize just how goof they are.
Summary: I have hunted South Texas all my life and for years have considered getting a pair of 15x56's to help score big Whitetails at long distances. When I saw the Vortex Kaibab HD 15x56's I had to try a pair and I am very impressed not only with magnification but low light transmission and great optical clarity. Excellent Optics I highly recomend. One negative is the front lens covers fall off and I have lost both in less than a month of use...otherwise great product.
Summary: After purchasing a pair of Vortex's Viper HD in the 10x42, I decided to save up and try the Kaibabs. I have always needed a good pair of long range/glassing binocs, however I never could really afford them. While I was amazed with the Vipers I figured I could eat ramen noodles for a few months to get these big eyes. All I can say is wow! These binocs are worth every penny (if not more). I can see incredible detail at extreme long ranges.
Summary: After reading many reviews on the internet I finally decided I could get my first pair of big eyes for much cheaper than I originally had planned. These binoculars did not disappoint! They fit my face much better than the Swaros and optically are only a little tiny tiny bit behind the Swaros. However, for half the price there is no practical difference in the field.
