Swarovski CL Pocket 8x25 Black Binocular

James, binocularreviews.org

  • Excerpt: Step up to great viewing I hadn't realized the difference a superior binoculars could make in viewing. I've owned an inexpensive but adequate Japanese unit for 30+ years. It started to lose mechanical integrity and I decided to research a replacement. It was easy, as the majority of independent reviewers indicated Swarovski as a top choice.

The best compacts

tomdoc, Cabela's
5 June 2014
  • Summary: Agree with other reviews: these are the best compacts i have tried. Noticeably brighter and sharper than competitive high-end glass. Easy to adjust for different eye strength and convenient focus. I am not sure how Swarovski manages to outperform comparably priced optics, but they are clearly the best. Definitely worth the investment.

  • Summary: Another great Swarovski product. Can't beat their optics. I have a pair of their 10x42 EL used them exclusively for hunting (world wide). These pocket binoculars are a perfect companion my larger ones. Light, Fit in the pocket and great with glasses (full field of view).

Swarovski CL Pocket 8x25 Green Binocular

Mark, binocularreviews.org
5 March 2014
  • Excerpt: My new favorite I use compact binoculars often, including the Leica Ultravid 8x20 BCR Binocular and the Bushnell 7x26 Elite . Both of those are excellent, but the Swarovski CL Pocket 8x25 Green Binocular is my new favorite. It's bigger and heavier than the Leica and calling it a "pocket" binocular might be a stretch for some users. But it's also considerably brighter than the Leica and has an easier view because of the larger exit pupil.

Get what you pay for.

  • Summary: This product is great. 8.5oz can hang on my neck all day. I own 3 other name brand compact binoculars of similar size and style. They don't compare to the clarity and one image you see with these. Worth the difference in price for the clarity of the detail at close and long range.

Ein tolles Zweitglas!

J. Frühinsfeld, Amazon
10 January 2014

  • Summary: Ich habe mehrere wertige Ferngläser. Wenn die Optik toll war, hingen Sie mir beim Wandern wie ein Mühlstein am Halse. Dieser kleine Knödel ist leicht und tolle Optik bis zur frühen Dämmerung, gratuliere Swarovski!
