  • Summary: Reasonable price for a great binocs! Light weight, great optics. Soft case is useful and easy to find places to store them. A hard case would be too bulky, these are LARGE Binoculars!

Pentax PCF WP 12x50 Binoculars

  • Summary: In my opinion this is the best binoculars in the ratio of price - quality. Assembly and adjustment at a high enough level. All surfaces have a high-quality illumination. Binoculars completed cloth carrying case, strap made of synthetic material and covers lenses and eyepieces. The only drawback I noticed - the eyepiece cover slightly wider than necessary and constantly falls off. I think this is a flaw of the Chinese manufacturer.

Pentax PCF WP II 12x50 Binocular

  • Excerpt: Expectations exceeded! I'm old-school when it comes to binoculars, preferring Porro prisms to roof, as I think the view is richer in clarity and detail.

  • Excerpt: These binos are well made with high quality optics. Views are bright. My only complaint is that right eye focus is very tight and hard to adjust. At 12X50 these are difficult to hold steady for long periods. A tripod/monopod mount is required for astronomy use.

  • Excerpt: This excels at backyard astronomy when I am laying back in a lawn chair or if they are mounted on a tripod. They are a good alternative when I don't feel like dragging out my 20X80's and setting up the parallelogram mount. The very slow focus allows for precise focusing on extraterrestrial sights. The image is extremely sharp to the edge of the field, more so than any of my four other binos.
