Excerpt: Ever since I was a child I have loved binoculars. There is something childlike about them. I love the way you can zoom into something far away and see it as though it is close up. It's like having a toy that you love playing with. However, my childhood binoculars were never as sophisticated as they are now. Summary: These binoculars feel like a quality item, very sturdy and I like the non slip rubberised coating. The view through them is clear and fairly bright. Although they are a great size for take anywhere bino's for birding the field of view could do with being just a little greater. There is the normal dioptre adjustment on the right lens and both sides have a click up and down eye cups which make them very easy for spectacle wearers.
