Summary: Perfect size for pocket / rucksack when out walking. Fits nicely in the hand. Good magnification. Only slight imperfection - the movable bit of the eyepiece easily slides up and down when you don't want it to.
small and easy to use, great for bird watching etc

Summary: Very good binoculars, lightweight, fit easily into my bag, and a gorgeous colour (magenta). The strap is comfortable and does not dig into the neck when walking around. I just need to remember to take the lens caps off before I use them(!). I received a free pair of binoculars from the National Trust and these Olympus ones are much, much better.
Summary: I work shifts on the short sea trade and like to carry my own binoculars which need to be lightweight and fit in my pocket. These are therefore ideal. I hadn't originally planned to order the "pearl white" but since the normal silver was out of stock it didn't matter. Since using them the pearl white has actually proven to be very useful since it makes them easy to find if I put them down on the dark ship's bridge.
Summary: Bought five pairs for observing birds with school children. Bought along with a few camlink binoculars of the same magnification. The difference in quality is obvious. The specific Olympus binoculars are lightweight and sturdy. The image is excellent. Certainly recommended.
Summary: These binoculars are actually clearer than I expected given the 21mm objective lens. The centre focal adjustment is a little stiff but this is probably no bad thing as I expect them to loosen up with use. They are easily adjusted for interpupillary distance, which I have previously found more diffucult on some compact binoculars with small eye pieces and a double hinge arrangement. The image is also quite bright and true in colour.
