Summary: These binos provide a crystal clear image. They were bought for sailing, because of their compact size and waterproof abilities. They are also brilliant for birdwatching or any other pastime. I use them every day on the beach, walking the dog. The lenses are easy to clean, because they are waterproof, so salty spray can easily be washed off. Adjustment of the lenses is easy and they have a nice solid feel to them.
Summary: Not knowing what binoculars to buy these were very good for using when out hiking and seeing wildlife around. My son loves to bird watch and he found they worked well for seeing more than just one thing. They took in a wider range than just narrowing in on one object too.
Summary: I have bought a few binoculars and these are great value. They are well made, sharp and bright with no chromatic aberrations and little distortion. I wanted a compact and light binocular to take on an overseas holiday and these Monarch 8x36 will do the job brilliantly. They compare well with any binocular under £500 and will be much easier to carry around than the one's I usually take birdwatching. Highly recommended.
Summary: Being a Nikon camera and lens user I tried not to be biased! However, after trying these bins out I had to have them. Pros. Sturdy, well made. Light enough not to suffer from the shakes but there is the option for a tripod adaptor. I bought the opticron. Cons. Front caps could be better. All in all though a nice pair of binoculars that will keep you happy.
Summary: [...] I checked the spec. of several binoculars, from various companies and the WEX deal was the best for price [...], I wanted a compact pair for motor racing, reading the leader board etc., so roll on Silverstone, thank you WEX.
