Excerpt: These are great for bird watching from the deck and across the field for seeing wild game. The price was $30 cheaper than anywhere I looked. They came very quickly and the website was easy to use.
Summary: second pair of 10x22x50 with zoom. Eye piece ,end you look through, fell out on to ground. something came loose inside. Bought first pair and returned after two weeks for second pair. Four yrs. later same thing happens.
Excerpt: These are good binoculars, especially at this price. Be aware that when zoomed in to 22x they are hard to hold steady but that is only to be expected. To help they come with a tripod adapter but anything solid on which to brace your elbows will work. at 18x or less they are easy enough to hand hold.
Summary: This particular pair of Nikon Aculon A211 10-22x50 binoculars was a serious letdown. After owning other Nikon products (including two cameras and a pair of Action binoculars), all of which impressed me greatly, I was in disbelief by how poor these binoculars turned out to be.
Summary: Bought these a year ago and never was happy with the zoom feature since it didn't hold focus on both eye pieces when changing zoom, so it was zoom in and focus, zoom out and focus. Not a big problem but still tiring.
Excerpt: i wanted to get my son a pair of binos to whale watch with but wanted more than the usual 10 power. The zoom works well and the tripod adapter is perfect to hold them still while viewing. For the price these are great binos and we look forward to many years of use.
