Summary: These are a terrific pair of binoculars at this price point. They are bright & easy to focus - they "feel" like a much more expensive binocular. We initially picked up a pair of these for our young kids because the Cornell Ornithology Lab recommended then.
Summary: I purchased these binoculars after reading an article that included them in an Audobon publication. They are just as described and perfect for the beginning bird watcher! A little heavy but clear views and comfortable! Also, you can not beat the price for the product!
Summary: I was looking for a pair of quality binoculars. I'm used to the more affordable optics but I wear glasses and when using binoculars there are issues with the pairs I had. I saw the Nikon Action 7X35 binocs and made a bid and won. No regrets here.
Summary: I use my new Nikon 7X35's to watch bird feeder which is fairly close to my house. NOTE: object still must be at least 20 or so feet from your usual viewing spot. Works very well and decently clear.
Pros: Well made. Decent lens quality for price. Good for close up viewing lika @ bird feeder 20' away.
Cons: Not near Swarovaski quality BUT I can afford Nikon.
Look No More, Nikon Has What You're Looking For: Action VII 10X50 Realtree
9 April 2012
Summary: The actual set I purchased were the Nikon Action VII 10x50, no idea why this is saying 7X35, I had to be sure that the seller really had intended to sell the 10X50's. I think there was some confusion during the initial listing of the auction. Either way, these optics are excellent.
Summary: I bought it for astronomy, birdwatching at the backyard, airplane watching. It provides very clear and contrast picture of astronomical objects, much better than my decades old binoculars. Very good eye shades, good ergonomics and acceptable weight.
