Great binoculars

Capt Bob, Abes of Maine

  • Summary: The stabilization works very well. I can read a channel marker from 1/2 mile away without problem. Great optics. I compared these to the Fujinon 10X32 stabilized binoculars and I couldn't find any difference, The Nikon's were much less expensive at Abe's.
  • Pros: Close Focus, Quality Lenses, Strong Construction, Works Well With Glasses

Expensive, but work well

LKN livin', Abes of Maine

  • Summary: I have not used binoculars often, so this is a noob's review. We bought these a few months ago when we moved to the lake. It makes a pretty big difference to have the stabilization. The external battery pod (on the hand strap) is odd, but has not been a problem. My only gripes are they're slightly bulky, high cost, and the focus nob needs more sensitivity (take micro finger movement to get the focus just right). The quality seems to be very good.
  • Pros: Quality Lenses
  • Cons: Bulky
