Excerpt: I like these binoculars, they handle really well and are easy to use. The focus ring is easy to reach and turn, and they fold up into a compact package. I got the 10 power ones, but realized that they are more powerful than I need--for a pair of compact binoculars with a relatively small front...
Pros: Close Focus, Compact, Lightweight, Quality Lenses, Strong Construction, Waterproof
Excerpt: I use these for when I want a pair of binoculars with me in case I end up in a park, but don't want to lug a full size pair because I'm not sure of my plans. Unlike most compact binoculars, these just look like binoculars when I pick them up and use them. No issues like dark areas or anything else.
Pros: Close Focus, Compact, Lightweight, Quality Lenses, Strong Construction, Waterproof, Works Well With Glasses
Excerpt: I've only been using them for a few weeks but these binoculars are working well for me for now. They're light without being too light, the vision is clear and the structure gives me confidence that they'll live up to the waterproof/fogproof claim.
Excerpt: I was a bit worried when I bought these for my wife but they're Nikon, so how bad could they be? They are perfect for everything we wanted to do, if not better. light weight, very clear, easy to focus.
Nikon Trailblazer ATB Waterproof 10 x 25 Binoculars
16 September 2013
Summary: We used these binoculars on an African Safari. They were great, easy to focus. The older travelers we were with had trouble using the glasses as their hands shook and the field of view does not allow for a visible shake. I would recommend 8x25 for those folks.
Pros: Close Focus, Compact, Lightweight, Quality Lenses, Strong Construction
Excerpt: Overall, I would say that these binoculars work great. The 10x mag is perfect for wildlife viewing and the portable size is a real plus. Although they do appear to be waterproof (or at least rainproof), I would not call them "fogproof." They do fog.
