  • Summary: I absolutely love these binoculars and have used them for several years. They are very durable, compact and light weight so that I can wear them all day in the field and not get a neck ache. The focusing mechanisms are smooth and fluid and optics very clear in all light conditions.

Just right

  • Summary: I have "face tested" many binoculars and found these to fit my face just right. incredibly bright and crisp optics and much lighter than my very good Vortex binoculars. I enjoy using them when I can snatch them away from my avid birder son!

leica binoculars

  • Summary: I have owned many binoculars in the past. The Leica 8x32 hd binoculars are the best of the best. The Swarovski's are a very close second. I've used the Swarovski 8x32 this year on a brown bear hunt before I purchaced the Leica's. For me size and weight put the Leica's ahead of the Swarovski's EL's. Once you own a pair of Leica's you will never buy anything else.

Pay for the best, get the best

Jordan W., Eagle Optics

  • Summary: I just inherited a used pair of the prior model of these, the 8x32 BR. They are a great alternative to traveling with my bulkier 8.5x44 porros. Everything is just perfect. These are balanced in the hand so well, they feel like you're holding a much lighter binocular. At only a 32 mm objective, these are much smaller than the 44 mm I've been using for years. I must say though that the clarity and light transmission of the glass more than make up for it.
