This is a terrific value for clear, WP optics in a compact size.

Summary: The Celestron is perfect for a compact, WP pair with better quality optics than similar ones under $40. Bak4 prisms seem to make a big difference. The no fault warranty won't be a factor since it requires a $25 return fee. I'd rather buy another pair if somehow I manage to manhandle mine. I use it to bow hunt and target shoot. Will try to use it to watch the Indy 500 but I generally use an old pair of wide angle 7x35 Bausch & Lombs for sports viewing.
Summary: For a 10x compact roof prism binocular these cannot be faulted. They fit in the hand very well and the fingers of the left or right hand are well placed to focus. They are usable with glasses and the twist up eye cups for eye relief adjustment is ok but as these are compact it is not a brilliant field of view. Without glasses, however the clarity, field of view and brightness are, in my opinion, excellent for binos of this size which easily fit in a large coat pocket.
Summary: I bought these mainly for birdwatching in the garden and according to the technical spec the near focus distance is 12 feet. However, it is more like 25 feet which makes them impractical for my purposes. I also recently bought a pair 10x42 binoculars from Celestron and returned them as they had a serious double image problem. I will also be returning these. Thankfully Amazon's excellent customer service makes returning items simple.
Summary: Bought these binoculars off Flipkart. Excellent next day delivery in Goa. Very good binocs' for the price with crisp clear and bright views. Only draw back is that the binoculars do not have any lens covers neither for the objective lenses nor for the exit lenses. But for this, I would have rated it as a 5 star purchase. Overall, a great binoculars, with which I am very happy.
