Great binocs

awl, B&H Photo
5 April 2014
  • Excerpt: I really like the compactness and weight of these binocs that I bought for my husband. The image stabilization makes these so much easier to use than our old binocs of similar magnification. My husband decided he wanted higher magnification, so I returned them for the 12x36 model. If I were buying for myself, these would have been perfect.
  • Pros: Compact, Lightweight, Quality Lenses, Strong Construction, Works Well With Glasses

Great Binoculars

Dan, B&H Photo
8 March 2011
  • Excerpt: These are great binoculars for use at concerts and general use. They also work well for bird watching in a backyard setting. Make sure you buy extra batteries, as they DO NOT LAST long. Online reports say 20 hours, but that's impossible. I'm using new surefire CR123 batteries. Real life use is more like 1, maybe 2 hours max. If you use these regularly, you should probably buy the CR123s from B&H, as they can cost a small fortune at a camera store.
  • Pros: Compact, Lightweight, Quality Lenses
  • Cons: Battery life
