Excerpt: You will need very good eyesight (without wearing glasses, and also the same eyesight for two eyes) to use the binoculars. Hope the eye relief can be improved for the people who wear eyeglasses. Hope the focus can be adjusted, even just a little.
Excerpt: These ended up perfect for taking to a Broadway show. Gave to the kids to take because they like to have a closer view of the stage than I am willing to buy. I should have taken two pair, they did not want to let them go or share. No focus decisions, (auto-focus), very bright and super wide view for stage, perfect. Yes they are a bit "sizey" for wife, who is sensitive to how she looks, but for me and the kids, fun.
Pros: Auto Focus, Lightweight, Quality Lenses, Strong Construction, Wide View, Works Well With Glasses
Summary: When I use binoculars with say 50mm aperture on the sky I am delighted to see so many more stars; however, the magnification so decreases the field of view that I find it is difficult to figure out where I am looking. Over the last few years, I’ve become increasingly frustrated at not really knowing where I was looking – too much information in the visual field.
Excerpt: The ability to pick up things quickly without having to spend time moving the binoculars around until it is in the viewfinder is a real plus for wide angle lenses. The lower power isw no disadvantage and is great for viewing from a moving platform. I would like to see individual lense focusing in the future, the extra cost would be well worth it.
