Summary: If I had purchased these in the store the outcome may have been different but I purchased them online and picked them up at the store. They were packaged in a padded envelope with no other padding and I assume that they were poorly treated in transit because the would not focus at all.
Summary: I ordered the binoculars for target shooting as I am having a little difficulty seeing the bullet holes in the targets at 50 yards through my 3X9 rifle scope and I didn't want to spend $200 for a spotting scope.
Excerpt: This is my second pair. My first pair was lost in the Rainforest in South America. I like it becasuse of the size and if I need to use it quick I can. It is light and doesn't take up much room. Drop it a few time with no effect. It is a great part of my equipment when I go into the field.
Pros: Compact, Lightweight, Strong Construction, Waterproof, Works Well With Glasses
Summary: Just a cheap pair of binoculares I would not recommend these to nobody, lot of slack in the focus knob and they are not so clear. spend a little more money and get something better, tried to regester on line about a hundered bushnell.com/register none of them woule let you register that I could...
Excerpt: Difficult to use, clarity and brightness just so so. Exchanged unit for a Bak 7, 7x to 15x Powerview unit, for just a few more dollars, which is much clearer, brighter and easier to hold steady at long range objects. I learned that a variable zoom is easier to use.
