Excerpt: The Bushnell 10x50 is great for getting up close and personnal with deer, turkey, eagles, here in Iowa. I have 15 acers by the State Park here and sometimes a bigger cat than I expect comes down my premise looking for a meal. After eye surgeries, the Bushnell Perma Focus 10x50 come in handly. No need to adjust a twist, right now !
Can't think of a con with the Bushnell Perma Focus 10x50, cept', maybe, No Nothing.
Summary: Bought these because I borrowed them from my father to deer hunt. Excellant & best I have owned thus far! The only fault I find is the strap that it comes with. It needs to be more sturdy. In fact, I bought a heavier one to use with it. I would recommend it if you hunt. Does not work well with close distences.
Excerpt: I was quite impressed with the images these binoculars provide. The Permafocus feature is outstanding. This was a gift for our son-in-law who has small children and I'm sure the Permafocus feature will make it easier for the kids to use also.
Pros: Close Focus, Quality Lenses, Strong Construction, Works Well With Glasses
Excerpt: I am an advid hunter, I have several pairs of Binocoulars, but these are the ones I pick and use everytime. I bought myself a pair and bought pairs for my dad and son, not much more to say after that. Great buy for the money.
Excerpt: I bought this binoculars for my wife. I do bird photography, and she is my spotter. She really likes them because he can turn from one subject to another, and is always on focus and crystal clear. There are also great for concerts.
The binoculars themselves seem to be very well made, however, the little plastic neck-strap is very flimsy. I went to a camera shop when I bought a new strap.
Pros: Quality Lenses, Strong Construction, The autofocusing feature
Excerpt: I read many reviews before purchasing my 10 x 50 permafocus binoculars. I even called Bushnell to ask for advice. I decided to order a pair and that was a great decision. Forget the strap and go for the harness. The little strap is not a valid reason to rate these binos any less than 5. The 10 X 50'S are really a 10 . If anyone finds something better out there be sure to share it share it with the world.
Excerpt: I have wanted Binocular's for a while and looked at many. The Permafocus enticed me to try these. Got for my birthday and am quite happy with them. I have a lake in the middle of my complex which has many types of birds and turtles that I can now watch closeup. I find that the Permafocus works better for me with my glasses off.
Pros: No need to focus, Quality Lenses, Strong Construction
