  • Excerpt: After reading specialised and consumer rewiews I decided to acquire this binoculars. The flip out eye relief is cheapy. The image is far to be crisp and sometimes you see double. Poor color saturation. Very bad product indeed. I returned the binoculars the same day I purchased them.

Good optics, but...

  • Summary: Good optics and quality of the price. Others have indicated the strap is skimpy, and they're right. I wouldn't trust it to never fail. Bigger deal to me on the negative side was the lack of lens caps. Charge $3 more, add those 2 items and it becomes 5 stars.

Clear and bright image

  • Summary: I find folding roof prism binoculars like these a little hard to use but these weren't too bad at all. They aren't small but that's because they have 42mm objective lenses. The image quality is bright and clear, not as crisp as the Bushnell 10 x 42s but at half the price not bad at all.

  • Excerpt: Bought these to for an Alaskan cruise, as had previously had a much smaller and less powerful pair. My wife is small, and did not want a full sized pair to wrestle with. These are a manageable size with a big, bright images d are easy to use with or without glasses on.
  • Pros: Lightweight, Quality Lenses, Strong Construction, Waterproof, Works Well With Glasses
  • Cons: None so far

Fantastic Pair of Binoculars

Pam Britton, telescopesdirect.com.au
1 May 2012
  • Summary: I wanted an all round pair of binoculars for camping and hiking, as I regularly go away for weekend trips. I didn't exactly want to lug around a huge pair, so I purchased these. They work fantastically well. Very happy I made the choice to get these.
