Summary: I rushed to the my local music store as soon as I heard about this to try it out (me being a big Mike Dirnt and Green Day fan). I must say I was a bit disappointed. The bass was heavier than most standard basses (though this can easily be fixed by using a wider strap or an air cell strap), I could only get one tone, which is the low, punchy one heard in so many live performances, the pickguard came off a little too easy and the strings that were on it were too bright and...
Summary: If you read above you can see im pretty satisfied with this bass and i will definately get a few more to my collection in the other colours. this bass blows the american p-bass out of the water by a long shot This should be noted as one of the best. I wouldnt mind to have a model with 22 frets but apart form that it is awesome.
Summary: This guitar is the best one I have ever bought it was worth the price. Its perfectly balanced I really like it. I was always a fan of the fender 51 then I saw this and I had to have . I give it 5 stars.
Summary: This is a really great bass and Im glad to own it. I have many basses but this one is one of my favorite concert ones. I like the sound of this great bass. It has a very nice voice and very powerful tone range.
Summary: You buy a Fender 'cus ya want great tone. This bass is awesome. the fatness of the low end is so sweet. Say what u want about high frequencies and upper mid range. to me, all that is easy to get with just about any EQ with any bass. Its the heartbeat, the low end, fat bottom tone that only proper design and wood selection can give you. This bass is all about that tone. I love mine.
