  • Pros: small, cheap, Integrated remote free ssd drive (combo deal)
  • Cons: Not for linux based XBMC No drivers for via chrome9 (openelec, xbmcbuntu). Live XBMC wan't start from usb3.0 port XBMC on windows 7 cant handle HD videos

Correction on RMA Turn Around

  • Summary: Update: In the end the total turnaround for the RMA was about a month. They sent me a new unit which has been running for a week without shutting it off. I never did get a MIR form by the way. Have not checked video performance yet to see if the shearing has been corrected with the new unit.

  • Summary: I would recommend using an SSD in this, just because it does get really warm. When I tried a hard drive in it, the thing was burning up after a Windows install. Not good. This is really only good for playing 720p video, some light web surfing, word processing, etc.
  • Pros: Tiny, palm-size, nice fit-and-finish, easy to install HD and RAM.
  • Cons: It's really weird to install an OS on this thing because it only has 2 USB 2.0 ports and the other 2 USB ports (3.0) aren't available until you install the drivers in Windows. So, you have a USB DVD-Drive taking up one USB, and you're left with one port for a keyboard or mouse. Unless you have a ...
