Excellent for What it Does

Summary: This is a netbook without the screen, keyboard, touchpad, or battery. It comes without the crappy Windows Starter operating system. In fact, it comes without an operating system. The hard drives comes formatted with a FAT32 partition.
Summary: As others have said the RAM is lacking. After installing Win7 Home Premium it ran sloooooooooooow. Took up to 2 minutes to load webpages, apps, or programs. Upgraded from 1GB RAM to 4GB and the response time for loading was finally acceptable. Video seems a little stuttery at times.
Summary: Not bad for the price. I change the system to have 4GB - which helped a lot! I also swapped the disk for a SSD 128GB and that helped. With these changes - the system works great. The memory was cheap - at Amazon - and I had an extra SSD.
Summary: It is supposed to come with 512MB DDR memory, but my memory banks were empty and there was no separate dimm included with my shipment. In any event, I had already ordered a couple of 2GB dimms and used a 120GB SSD. The thing screams with Ubuntu 11 and is very usable. Very pleased!
Pros: Good size and good amenities (HDMI, optical audio, commodity ram/hdd easily accessible).
Cons: The blue light on the side is annoying. You can turn it off in the bios, but the setting is buried and a bit obscure.
Summary: Bueno y bonito, no barato.
