The MEGA mPC 51PV supports AMD® Socket 940 K8 CPU, the Nvidia C51PV + MCP51 Chipset with 2 Dual Channel DDR2 667/533 DIMM, and 7.1 Channel High Definition Audio. This unit allows several interface connectivity (in the rear) like 2 (1 for Keyboard,1 for Mouse) x PS2 outlet, 1 x VGA out, 1 x DVI and 1 x SPDIF Out. Its audio is support by AC’97 CODEC by RealTek® ALC 880 (Azallia) 7.1 channel output and 1 x (Mic-in/Line-in/ Line-out, RS-Out/CS-Out/SS-Out ). Video support is via 1 x S-VIDEO and 1 x RCA port. Other connectivity are 1 x LAN (RJ45,10/100/1000) and 4 x USB 2.0 ports. The front panel has 1 x MIC-in jack, 1 x Headphone out, 2 x USB 2.0, 1 x SPDIF In and a 7-in-1 Card Reader. This unit also features a On Board Buzzer.

We understand that some of you reading this may be put off by this system's lack of overclocking tools and somewhat limited expansion options, but the mPC 51PV was designed with a specific audience in mind. It was designed for mainstream users looking for a highly integrated system, and we feel that these users will be more than pleased by the mPC 51PV. In general, we are pleased with the barebone being examined. The design chosen by MSI engineers is actually very intuitive and should pose no trouble during assembly even for a technically illiterate user. This characteristic is important because the whole idea of such systems is not only about compactness and original appearance, but also about being able to quickly and easily build a computer following illustrated step-by-step instructions.
