Summary: A super product. Quick and easy to install onto Windows 8 and the app for iPhone and iPad is brilliant. I've previously used Dymo products which I've always thought were good, but this Brother product with WiFi built in is superb. Highly recommended.
Summary: purchased this unit to upgrade from my trusty QL500. Prints fine on usb and very fast. However, it is very erratic on the wireless mode. Sometimes it connects to my tower pc,laptop or iPad but other times it refuses to link. I have not had time yet to find a way to connect the 3 wirelessly..
Summary: i bought this as i am a teacher in secondary school with LOTS of marking to do. my hands are shot with arthritis and now i can "talk" my comments and targets for each student into my iPhone, then click print and out pops my label which can then be stuck into their books. this is absolutely the most relieving of all arthritis helps for a teacher.
Summary: Because the printer is thermal there are no dried out inks or toners to worry about. The labels are cut automatically and are easy to peel from the backing. The network connection was trouble-free too and works like a dream. This software is very versatile, and produces a variety of labels very easily. The results are excellent and print very quickly.

Summary: Out of the box, with pretty straight-forward setup this label printer outclasses our previous Dymo label printers by a Royal mile! The wireless feature is what first brought this to our attention, and pound-for-pound this printer is worth every penny. Nice looking, solid, reliable and VERY high quality printing - it's fantastic. With fairly intuitive software, it's nice and easy to use too.
Summary: Having had a QL-500 before, I wanted one that was networked this time round. Brother were doing a deal (£50 off) and I couldn't resist. Not the easiest thing to set up, but I got there in the end and it works very well (WiFi connection).
Summary: The firmware on this printer needs to be improved so the software works better. I'm an advanced computer user of 20+ yrs experience. I usually can install these products w/o reading the instructions. Not only is this product NOT intuitive, but I had to actually read the instructions. Even after reading it, I still got installation and network errors on the Android app when trying to connect to the device!
