Summary: there seem to be many defects in the game. I've enjoyed playing it but only because I've invented my own game by working around the defects. I n retrospect I wish I'd returned it when I first got it for a perfect game.
Summary: It is difficult to play when the words they use are ones I've never heard of - and I am fairly well educated. I certainly would not play it with or recommend it to my children or grandchildren. I've managed to beat the computer each time I've played but only because I use their unpronounceable suggestions.
Summary: I enjoy playing with the computer expert, but this game has one annoying problem. When trying to play in the lower right portion of the board on the triple square, I frequently encounter a game "freeze," then shutdown.
Summary: Having recently replaced Windows XP with Windows 7 I had to 'upgrade' a lot of gaming software. I guess I didn't read the subtext carefully enough, just saw that Scrabble Tour was compatible. It's OK as a replacement but I am not remotely interested in the somewhat juvenile "tours" this version offers. It downloaded easily so I can play classic Scrabble, what I wanted all along.
Summary: I purchased this game so I could play Scrabble by myself. Another customer had commented that the game will freeze up and close itself (and it does.) Since I play to entertain myself, it's no real problem. It is annoying, however, when it happens towards the end of the game.
Summary: I purchased this game last month, it works well on my windows XP system, however i originally wanted to install it on my netbook. DO NOT buy for netbook as the SecuROM copy protection will not allow the game to run without a CD drive to verify it is a legit copy. Was disappointed that it requires a CD drive, however it it a good version of the game challenging!
Summary: This recent production is not as attractive as the original. This model is poorly presented, too many messy graphics and in general lacks visual appeal. Still a good game.[[AS IN:B000HI1I2E Scrabble Complete JC]] Maybe this was aimed at a juvenile market.
