Summary: We bought this stroller in July 2011 and since then the stroller has closed while our daughter was in even after hearing the "clicking sound" indicating it was locked. Uppababy has since notified all consumers that it will be replacing many of these affected strollers because of this issue.
Summary: Don't misunderstand, the brakes work well but their design and placement are terrible.
Every trip with a stroller involves stairs or curbs. The break levers stick out past the wheels in the back and make it impossible to "hop" down or back-up steps. Bummer.
The color of the Maddy stroller doesn't match the swatch and pictures

Summary: The stroller is okay (wheels are kind of cheap plastic), but I took issue with the fact that the green stroller the "Maddy" was not anywhere close to the picture shown in the UppaBaby stock photos. The photos show a muted pleasant green color--the actual green on the stroller is jarringly bright, almost neon green. Further, the green on the mesh stroller seat doesn't even match the green on the canopy or the back of the canopy.
Summary: I don't normally write reviews but I do read them when I'm trying to compare products. I was very disappointed in this stroller. It was way too expensive for such a cheap product. The stroller is flimsy and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I am going to return this and get a Maclaren. For a little more money you get a much better product.
Summary: I was happy with this purchase at first, with the big wheels and the seemingly sturdy construction and the adjustable seat back, and the price--[...] less than the McClaren. We only had it for TWO WEEKS before the adjustable strap (with the weird adjustment mechanism) broke beyond recognition or understanding, the back right wheel began to squeak, and our 15-month-old discovered he could stop the stroller by sticking his feet on the front wheels.
Summary: I purchased a G-LURE stroller via amazon.com. I thought at first it was wonderful and only really needed it occasionally. Recently on vacation, I used the stroller daily, and I wish I had never bought it! I should have coughed up the extra cash and purchased the McClaren or Inglesina. Was a hassle to recline and reposition my baby! This string. That string. Sit him up then pull the strings...NOT VERY CONVENIENT!
