Very disappointed

Mrs L C Webster, Amazon
6 December 2013
  • Summary: Disappointed with this product. The pictures show that the product amply fits the front of the pushchair or the back (smaller double kit chair) and looks to have plenty of legroom. It is a lot smaller and only really fits the double kit. There is not much leg room at all.

" What a complete waste of money! I bought this pushchair…"

shrimpmum, Mumsnet
3 February 2011
  • Excerpt: What a complete waste of money! I bought this pushchair after reading lots of reviews as I was expecting my second child. My first pushchair was a Jane Slalom Pro, and there really is no comparison between the two. The Phil and Teds feels very cheap and not at all sturdy.

  • Excerpt: As someone that has used the chair with two children since my 3rd was born in July last year I can say in the last 6 months it has spent about 25% of its time being repaired for punctures.

High maintenance but the best of a bad lot

  • Excerpt: After looking enviously at lots of other mothers and reading hundreds of reviews of the Phil & Teds E3 I finally bought one when I had my second child in 2006. Initially I was amazed by the fantastic handling of this buggy, as it is easier to steer than most single buggies.

  • Excerpt: Being in the business of caring for children I am always on the look out for products that will make my life easier, and more comfortable for the children. I wanted to replace both my single and double buggies after many years of solid dependable use.

  • Excerpt: Unfortunately I have been extremely disappointed with the quality of this product. Firstly I had to have the whole frame replaced as one of the catches that holds the buggy together ( which there is only 2 of)did not line up with the pin.
