Orbit Toddler Stroller Seat G2
11 July 2011
Summary: I own my orbit G2 travel system for 3 weeks now, and i already love it. So, even though my baby is still using the travel system, i bought the stroller seat already just to have it ready for when my baby starts using it. Orbit is so great. I'm very impress with their products.
Summary: July 2nd, 2010
We have the whole system now and this stroller seat is as good as the other products from orbit. Easy to put together, reclines easily, super comfortable for our daughter with lots of great features like the snakc tray and weather shade. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Summary: June 3rd, 2010
I have the G2 stroller seat as well and had the same exact problems as you. The sunshade does fall out of the sockets frequently which is really irritating and not typical of the superior Orbit products. As for the seat not being compact it took me about a month to finally figure out how to make it fit on top of the stroller base when folded.
Summary: I love the G2 Todller Stroller, but it does have some cons:
1. The canopy/windshield is very flimsy and the rails that hold it in place keep poping out of sockets. I plan to call Orbit and ask is there a recall or replacement. Just seems odd that they do not stay in the joint.
2. I have not figured out how the snack track snaps onto the bar with the padding on it as pictured in the manuel.
3. I wish it went from the car to the stroller like the infant car seat.
Summary: Has excellent sun protection and the swivel feature sets it apart from other strollers. It is inferior to the infant seat though and I was particularly disappointed by the way the recline works.
Summary: I just love this stroller seat. We purchased it since my daughter has outgrown her infant seat. This rotates, just like the infant seat and the sun shield really does block out the sun. I would recommend this to any parent.
Summary: The stroller seat is quite disappointing compared to the car seat, stroller and cradle. I got this when my daughter was 6 months old. It doesn't recline completely which is what I really wanted. Comfort is a huge priority for me. My daughter is not a crier, she doesn't fuss easily. Whenever I put her in this, she would just start crying, so I returned it and got a Stokke Xplory which reclines and baby seems very happy.
