Lynne Baines, Made for Mums
6 August 2012
  • Summary: Love that u can put car seat in from birth and has a good strong frame that you can feel the baby is safe in there. It also has a big shopping basket so u don't have to put all the bags on the handles.
  • Pros: Big shopping basket Good solid strong frame U can get spares from mothercare by calling U can get all the accessories with it (apart from raincover) U can take the seat and car seat off to wash
  • Cons: It takes a long time for delivery If u call for spares it takes up to 7 days

We love this system, interchangable, comfortable, great value for money

NikiTheo, Made for Mums

  • Summary: personally i love chunky, solid, sturdy, stable prams/pushchairs. i do not like the ones that look like an egg on wheels. babies need space and comfort not to look 'cool', they are babies they do not care!! aaaaanyway, the trenton was perfect as soon as i saw it in mothercare i loved it. it comes with lots of extra things, carseat, travel cot, etc.
  • Pros: looks good sturdy/strong large basket for shopping comes with everything you will need easy to wipe clean and dries quickly great value for money lots of compartments for storage
  • Cons: have to buy raincover seperately which mothercare recommends, it is a 'one-size-fits-all' type one but there are no clear places to secure it so it has to be stretched round awkwardly to velcro round the bars. mothercares delivery service is appalling due to the couriers. we have used several times and each time has been a huge let down and i will probasbly never order from mothercare again i will only buy things from them that i can buy in the shop and take with me s...

" Big Health and Safety issue…"

  • Excerpt: back wheels have fell off twice causing my daughter to nearly come out of the pram twice. not happy as to the shoddy way this travel system has obviously been built. wouldnt advise anyone to buy this pram, the front bar keeps coming away and the shopping part never stays up therefore always have to carry shopping as well.

  • Excerpt: I love this travel system. It has served me well so far, and so practical. Fits in the car nicely, easy to fold down, and up again one handed. Car seat clips onto pushchair nicely and easily. Only used carry cot twice as I preferred to have the car seat on. Easy steering, easy to steer one handed. Brilliant pushchair all around and love that the tray flips to make it easier to get your child in and out.

Loved by both my partner and I and most importantly our daughter

  • Excerpt: I love our Trenton Deluxe, we bought it after a lot of research into the pram and pushchair market and wanted something that looked good, and was practical but for our family cost effectiveness was number one. I believe that we have found all of those things with this travel system. The package comes with so much for a relatively small amount of money. In the box we got the pushchair itself, the car seat as well as a carry cot.

  • Excerpt: This pram worked wonderfully for 2 years. I needed a pram that could hold lots of shopping and the basket never failed. Neither did any other part of the pram - for 2 years. Then one wheel snapped off and while it was sitting in the hall waiting for me to decide whether it was worth it to get a replacement wheel, the other wheel snapped off due to some enthusiastic play from my children.

  • Excerpt: This travel system is quite large and bulky, but it is very easily to use, and lighter than it looks. It does everything the others do, but at a much more reasonable price.

A great choice for those looking for reasonably priced travel system

Mimi37, Dooyoo

  • Excerpt: After lots of research into pushchairs we decided on the Mothercare Trenton Deluxe as we wanted a three in one travel system that was good value for money and easy to use and this fitted the bill. The pushchair comes with a carrycot for newborns which means you can take your baby out of the pram without taking them out of the carry cot if they are sleeping which was really useful. The carry cot also faces you so you can easily monitor your baby.

Have a good shop around before you buy a pushchair!

sammo85, Dooyoo
4 September 2010
  • Excerpt: This was my husbands choice which to honest I wasn't as keen but I wanted him to feel involved and comfortable pushing our new baby around. Mothercare Trenton deluxe pushchair is everything in one. *Pushchair - You have the forward facing pushchair that has a parent tray in front off the handle that has 2 cup holders and a box that's great for sunglasses. By that box is a clock and a temperature gage.
