Terrible Customer Service & Wheel Height

Mom of 3 boys, toysrus.com
18 October 2011
 • Excerpt: We bought this stroller for our baby and two year old. It looked great, was easy to set up, and was "just what we wanted" (until we tried it out). It was shipped just in time for our family vacation, so we were excited to be able to try it out. The first problem was that the front wheels did not all touch the ground once they were popped into place. I called customer service three times and emailed the company twice. I never heard a response.
 • Pros: Comfortable, Fashionable
 • Cons: Bulky, Cumbersome, Doesn't Clip in Easily, Flimsy, Heavy, Not Adjustable, Unstable

Not compatable with other carseats

ZetaMommy, toysrus.com
27 September 2011
 • Excerpt: I bought the stroller because it said it was compatible with the Graco SungRide car seat both on the company's website and listed in the instruction manual but when I got the stroller and attempted to secure my car seat in the stroller I found the strap about 3 inches too short. I contacted the company, not only to have poor customer service, but to find out that their strollers are only compatible with the Mia Moda car seats.
 • Pros: NONE
 • Cons: Doesn't Clip in Easily, Heavy, Unstable

Looks great but, quality is lacking...

Mommy of 5, toysrus.com
16 August 2010
 • Excerpt: Purchased one day and returned the next! Loved the look the stroller, very stylish, light weight and folded to a decent size and wasn't hard to push.

Problems were:
Frame wasn't sturdy. Was continuously bending and flexing. It would have just been a matter of time before something broke.
Front seat didn't recline enough for a 1 yr old to be comfortable in.
Not enough storage space under the seat for my purse, a diaper bag or jackets.
 • Pros: Easy To Steer, Lightweight
 • Cons: Flimsy, Not enough storage, Not suitable for infants, Unstable

I wouldn't buy this product

mom, toysrus.com
29 May 2010
 • Excerpt: I bought this product online prior to seeing it because it sounded like it would work for an infant in a car seat and a 3 year old. The stroller was easy to assemble and had large wheels and a nice color of brown and green. I also liked that has a universal car seat adapter. When the front seat is reclined to hold a car seat it bumps the toddler sitting in the reat and leaves little room to sit. The canopy was stiff and difficult to move forward and backward.
 • Cons: Stiff canopy

Not Impressed at all!

Bobbie, toysrus.com
24 January 2010
 • Excerpt: First off I will say this stroller seems like it is made well and all the parts seem high quality. That is about its only positive. First off it is very heavy, about 40lbs. Even my husband commented on its weight. Putting it together wasn't to hard but opening it and closing it were difficult, it almost felt like I was going to break it. It is definitely not a one handed close. Once I got it together I was shocked at the size of the seat for the older child.
 • Pros: Stylish
 • Cons: Bulky, Not Adjustable, Small Basket, Too Heavy
