Excerpt: This is a good supplemental stroller for your mainstay, take-anywhere stroller. Don't take this stroller on a long walk. Don't take it on bumpy surfaces (my son would have fallen out once if he wasn't buckled in when we hit a bumpy sidewalk!) Don't try to run with this or depend on it to keep your kid warm and comfortable, or to keep him or her dry in the rain or snow. But, do buy this stroller for a dependable, collapsable travel stroller.
Excerpt: I was excited to get the Volo and it is a good stroller but the fact that it does not recline caused me to rate it as I did. We are going on a cruise in a week and I want to take a lightweight stroller but want a recline so I am having to buy another one. If I had to do it over again, I would not buy the Volo.
Excerpt: Nothing beats a walk in the park on a sunny day, but sometimes it's more of a hassle than fun to take a baby or toddler along, too. The best stroller makes or breaks the entire walk. Strollers need to be easy to collapse, push and maneuver, and it should also offer ample storage space for all of baby's belongings.
Excerpt: I purchased the maclaren volo in 2006. It is a nice, light little stroller but, in my opinion, not appreciably different than any other umbrella stroller on the market. It folds and unfolds easily, it is small and light. It is easy to manuver. However I really think the cost is based on the status of the brand more than anything particularly special about the stoller itself.
Quality of a maclaren is next to none but pick another color

Excerpt: The quality of the maclaren volo umbrella stroller is next to none. Top quality and high class all the way. If I were to go back in time and do something again it would be purchasing this umbrella stroller again in a different color. I love the stroller, the quality and it hold a higher weight then others. I have even used this umbrella stroller for my older son when he was sick while on vacation in Disney world.

Excerpt: A good temporary buggy (holidays) but wouldn't want to use it for much more. The seat offers little support, especially near the head and neck. The harness clip is very stiff and it's quite hard to manoeuvre. I did like that the whole thing is washable and the material allows air to move around the child. Shopping basket is a good size and the hood is big and gives coverage from the sun.
Seems basic but gives so much more an ideal must have if you use public transport or for car

Excerpt: Maclaren volo I adore this buggy and owned 2 as its fab for public transport and bus been taken on train and bus. At first veiw seems bit basic as suitable from 6months as no recline and small wheels compared with other maclaren models. Its very light to carry and push and comes with handy shoulder strap, hood easily removes and raincover ok. Despite recline my daughter still slept in it and is a dream with heavy toddler.

Excerpt: For a pushchair this lightweight, it is excellent. But if you can cope with a bit more weight, go for something more substantial as it really doesn't seem that comfortable. Also-no brakes. And airlines won't take it as carryon luggage, which is why we bought it in the first place.

Excerpt: Not very nice seat fabric to rest head on, and pricey considering its no different to say a mothercare stroller. But if you get it on special offer, you know it will be durable etc as a Maclaren.
