  • Conclusion: This attractive, comfortable pushchair combines the freedom of a 3-wheeler with the practicality of a tandem. The Jané Powertwin Pro does take up a lot of boot space, but the wheels will release at the push of a button for quick removal.
  • Pros: Easy to steer, manoeuvrable, comfortable ride, With its stylish good looks and smart, soft upholstery, the Powertwin Pro has received a few admiring glances while I’ve been wheeling it around. From his “driving chair” (i.e. the front seat), my 3-year-old, Fynn, declared that it’s “very comfy”. Harry, his 7-month-old brother, seems equally happy in the rear seat.   • Cons: Heavy to lift, takes up a lot of car boot space, Despite its 100% aluminium oversized oval tubular chassis, the Powertwin Pro is still a weighty machine. It also takes up a lot of space in the car boot. I have to remove the front wheel so it will fit into our small family car, as it doesn’t fold down snugly enough.
