Excerpt: Bought it over a month ago at John Lewis. Firstly they delivered the wrong colour, so got replacement a week later. I should have returned it instead. The main problem for me is that I got it when my youngest was already 6 months old so he is (still) not excited about going in a buggy so have to carry him a lot. The eldest though does not mind sitting at the front seat. There lies the problem.
Excerpt: I bought the icandy pear in dec 2009 i had an 18 month old and another due in Febuary. We decided on the icandy for three reasons 1. because i use a lot of public transport 2. the adjustable handle & 3. the abilty to transform it to a single. Overall it is a lovely pushchair easy to push. fits easily on buses and the tram and easily changed to a single. My partner called it the 'rolls royce' of pushchairs!
Excerpt: We brought the icandy pear in 2008 as we had an 18month little boy and a baby on the way. The reason we choose the icandy pear was that is was small enough to get on public transort and converted to a single when my son was ready to walk however it wasnt long befor we were dissapointed. Within weeks of use we noticed it made funny noises as we walked along after some reserch on the internet we found out this was very common.
Excerpt: Choosing a double pushchair can be a difficult and laborious task. In comparison to the standard single buggy there really aren't very many doubles to choose from. The first decision to make is whether to opt for a side by side or a tandem. My husband and I live just opposite a canal and our area is edged with rural parts. We therefore have many narrow paths to conquer and it was for this reason that we chose to opt for a tandem.
