Summary: Is this stroller amazing? No. Will it serve your needs if you have three young children? Yes. I actually bought a much nicer triple stroller (Peg Perego) and it turned out to be way more stroller than we needed (had to take the very large seats out of the stroller to get it in my van and the stroller was huge and heavy).
Summary: I got this stroller for my 11 month old and for my 2 month old twins. This stroller is very heavy. Also if your looking to put small infants in it with a infant car seat you can forget that idea all together. The rear seat only works for a car seat but interferes with the next seat. The sun shades are not large enough to really cover all the babies. The front seat is not designed for a heavy child. It makes it very hard to move.
Summary: This Triple Tandem Stroller is great for up to 2 year olds in my opinion. I sat a 9 month old, a 1 year old & an 2 1/2 year old in the front of the Stroller. However with the oldest child in it it was very hard to maneuver. Another time I just placed 2 children in it that were a 1 year old & the 9 month old, which was a lot better. I do love the basket on the bottom it has so much space, you can bring all kinds of thinks to the park, including a midsize Ball.
Summary: 1 - Lots to love about this stroller... 2 - General thoughts... 3 - A couple of helpful improvements... 4 - One weak point... 1 - We love the size of it both open and folded. When open it is plenty large enough for the kids to be comfortable but no wider than a nice double stroller, so navigation does take a little foresight but it isn't difficult. When folded it is a chunk and takes up the entire width of our Suburban, but it is not much thicker than a double.
Summary: I have three little ones - age 2, 3, and 4. My oldest finally got tired of finding places to sit on the numerous double strollers that I have accumulated and I was going on a big trip, so I finally did some research on a triplet stroller. Let me tell you, this has got to be the easiest to drag three small kids across the country with a connection, at night. I now bring this everywhere that I go and it has made life so much easier.
Summary: Bought for 3 month twins & 16 month old. First & second seat sit up right no recline. Front wheels spin and turn when pushing straight forward . Makes this impossible to control with one hand. exhausting and very hard with two hands. seat belts buckle at hips and not chest allowing for child to slip and get free. No holders for keys, cups ect.. The rear brake stays over tight and touches wheel at all times. Even after having it adjusted by a bike shop.
Summary: I needed this stroller to be the one, but unfortunately, it wasn't. We have a 23 month old and 4 month old twins. The toddler wants to ride in the front (so he can see) but it puts too much weight up front, making it difficult to turn. Several issues...only the back seat reclines enough for young infants, the straps are cheap, the automatic brake is a pain (used a zip tie which helped), the rear brakes have to be adjusted at the wheels so they won't rub, the stroller his...
Foundations Trio Triple Tandem Stroller- not that great
8 June 2010
Summary: I was so thrilled to have won the Foundations Trio Triple Tandem Stroller Frame! I bought it for my three foster sons ages 16 months, 17 months and 26 months. It has made transporting them much easier! I like that the three seats are covered in vinal because it makes it much easier to clean up spills. I also like that there is a canopy over each seat to help block the sun.
