" eh..…"

Twinmum94, Mumsnet

  • Excerpt: Id like to make this clear that the customer service i received may change my view on the item a little bit. This buggy is great to have twins in until they get to around 20lbs each then its hard to push and the straps just dont seem to fit. this buggy also is not made for everyday use like i needed it for.

We've been through a few buggies in our time, and this one's the worst by some margin

HP Sauce, Amazon

  • Summary: I bought this double buggy because it is suitable from birth, and because it came with a lot of extras such as footmuffs, insulated bottle holders, and head huggers. I bought it for my newborn and average sized 19 month old. I ended up genuinely hating it - mainly because it is so convoluted to unfoldl; it reduced me to tears on numerous occasions.

  • Summary: I was so happy first to have bought it as I read so many good reviews about the buggy. The handles are a way too short which made me hitting my feet against the back of the buggy whilst walking. which is more, the aluminum tube which connects the handle and the wheel broke when we were out walking with my twins! And the it was only the fourth time when I was using it! I made some pictures and sent them to Cosatto customer service.

Mal servicio de garantía

agustilopez, Ciao
18 January 2010
