You Can't Beat the Bugaboo's Versatility

betsyputnam, the baby Scoop
26 April 2012
  • Excerpt: Way back before I had #3 I wrote a review for the Bob Revolution Stroller entitled (something like): "What were we thinking buying the Bugaboo??" Flash forward a year (or so) and I've changed my tune. Now that I have have a newborn (again), I must concede that the Bugaboo Frog is an incredibly versatile, sturdy and stylish stroller (even seven years later). Bugaboo is easy to use, easy to modify and easy to fold.

Well made, versitile and light weight.

  • Summary: I really like the versatility of this stroller it breaks down completely for storage. And its relatively easy to break down and put together. It is very light weight and it is well built. I like that you can replace parts on it. Also you cam change the canvas on it. Of course you'd have to purchase it seperately. I even saw a double seat attachment or an extra wheeled platform you can attach if you have an older child to stand on. It is definitely worth every penny.

This stroller changed my life!

*mama.luv*, Ebay

  • Summary: I have had 4 strollers, but never have been satisfied. I wear my babies most of the time, and have several different carriers so seldom use a stroller. I actually never even have a stroller in my car because even if I have one with me it might not be the right one. Lightweight, jogger, double, travel system, full size...so many different options for so many different days and occasions. The bugaboo frog does it ALL. I have never seen something so functional.

Love it!

  • Summary: I've owned this stroller for a little over two years... its excellent. I purchased a different brand cup holder to go with it so I had a place to put the bottle... but other than that its excellent. It rides smoothly and very comfortable and supportive for my son. I also like that it has a hand break... so theres no fancy footwork involved.

  • Summary: We have had this adapter for four years now. We used it with our son, and are now using it for our daughter. I honestly don't remember it ever being stiff. But, if it was, it did not last long. The adapter and car seat click into place so easily. I absolutely love it. It has made life so much easier on several occasions. I would definitely recommend this to people.

Smooth Strolling

  • Summary: SO far SO good. I ordered the Peg Perego car seat adapter for my Bugaboo Cameleon stroller for use when I run errands, shop etc. It connects easily to the stroller bottom and functions smoothly. It makes the transition from car to stroller easy and it's easy on my son...he isn't disrupted if he's sleeping - moving him from one thing to another. If he falls asleep while shopping, it's an easy transfer back to the car.

Nice but... not that easy to use

Jeremie T, Bugaboo strollers
7 December 2009
  • Summary: We bough the Maxi Cosi Mico car seat because we did prefer it compared to the Graco. However the car seat adapter is hard to use compared to the one they have done for the Graco car seat. You need to attach these first to the car seat and then add the car seat on the stroller. Which means that you have to be two person to do so...

What about us city folk??!

Jennifer L., Bugaboo strollers
27 March 2009
  • Summary: This adapter seems to only have been made for people who have cars! I live in New York City and we don't have a car (most people don't here). That being said, I still need to use a car seat every time i take a cab with my baby. I was planning to snap my Peg Perego car seat onto the Bugaboo stroller today, so that i could stroll around shopping and then take a cab home.
