  • Conclusion: The updated Britax B-Mobile forms the basis of an affordable, easy-to-use and reliable travel system that does exactly what it says on the packet. Perfect for everyday use, from a walk in the park to a trip to the shops, just make sure you buy that raincover.
  • Pros: Longer harness straps, longer brake pedal, wipe-clean calf support, one-click system makes attaching car seat easy, durable, affordable, Hats off to Britax who has paid special attention to the minor details since releasing the first B-Mobile model. The longer break pedal certainly makes it more accessible as it’s set further away from the rear wheel. On more than one occasion, the shorter brake pedal on my 2010 model has locked on by itself, often sending the buggy t...
  • Cons: A touch more expensive than 2010 model, raincover isn't included in the price, It’s difficult to pick faults with the new Britax B-Mobile model, but one factor to consider is the price. I raved about the B-Mobile’s affordability when I reviewed the 2010 model (£179.99) but the latest version now costs £20 more. I’m uncertain whether the improvements warrant the increase in price. • Pros: Travel system compatible, longer harness straps, longer brake pedal, wipe-clean calf support, durable, good value for money, Hats off to Britax for paying special attention to the small details. The longer break pedal certainly means it’s more accessible, as it’s set further away from the rear wheel. The shorter brake pedal on the older model has, on more than one occasion, locked on by itself, making the buggy suddenly halt mid walk. Releasing that old brake pedal wa...
  • Cons: Raincover not included, £20 more expensive than 2010 model, Faults are hard to find on the new 2011 Britax B-Mobile. One small factor is the price – it’s risen from £179.99 to £199.99. I really rated the B-Mobile’s affordability in my first review. I’m not sure whether the improvements warrant the £20 price rise. It’s not that much, and the 2011 B-Mobile is still great value, but it’s worth noting. Also, the raincover still isn’t included. In my opinion, this is an es...
