Summary: I love this pushchair as its so versatile. My toddler can go in either the front or back seat which with some tandems the heavier child has to go in the front. The second seat is really easy to remove so its easy to just go out with one child. It is bulky when folded with both seats but you would expect this with any tandem or double.
Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Manoeuvre, Easy to Set Up
Summary: I was going to write a review just after i bought this, but thought it would be more realistic writiing it a year down the line!<br />My kids have now just turned one and three. My three year old still goes in it occasionally, (he is a small three). He also has the occasional nap in the day so goes in it then too. He still gets tired legs, and kneels up sometimes in the bottom seat too.
Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Easy To Manoeuvre, Easy to Set Up, Smooth Ride
Summary: Easy to assemble. Seats are easy to attach and remove. Main seat can face forwards or backwards. Hoods give good shade and shower protection. Rain cover seems good quality and fits. Only downside, large wheels make buggy quite wide, can be difficult to negotiate doorways.
Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Manoeuvre, Easy to Set Up, Lightweight, Smooth Ride
Summary: We bought this when I was expecting our second child. We had an 18 month age gap between the children and the older one just wasn't old enough to walk everywhere all the time. The chair seemed to be comfortable for the children. Once you have got the hang of it, it is easy to open up and close, and the second seat that is available is relatively easy to get on and off, though it can be slightly difficult sometimes to align correctly.
Summary: Having extensively researched and looked at all the tandems and double buggies, I think this is the best. Child in second seat still has quite a lot of head room and the basket is pretty good size with easy access. I also love the fact it has 4 wheels as can't stand 3-wheelers! It's also great that you can fold with both seats attached. It is pretty big but all tandems/doubles are!
Summary: Having spend a LONG time reviewing lots of tandem travel systems I decided to go with the B-Dual for my 18 month old and new baby and have to say it has gone above and beyond my expectations, The main seat is very padded and comfy and feels bright and open for my little girl who hated her other 2 pushchairs, the lower seat also has lots of room with the adaptors to push the upper seat/ car seat forward , There are so many options with this travel system for either twins...
Britax B-Dual Second Seat Unit: completing your pram
5 September 2013
Summary: B-dual second seat The britax b-dual is marketed as a double pushchair but in order to make into a double you have to purchase the second bottom seat seperately. In this review I will be reviewing the second seat only although I have reviewed the pushchair too so for more information on that you need to read that review. Most retailers that sell the pushchair will also sell the second seat to go with it.
