I thought I loved it!

busymomof5, toysrus.com
5 July 2012
  • Summary: First off the Ruby color is gorgeous! When I first got it the front wheel kept locking to could no longer turn unless I stopped and unlocked it. I called Baby Jogger and they sent out a replacement immediately! Awesome company to deal with, BUT the replacement wheel did the same thing. I guess I just got a bum stroller. Other than the wheel issue though, it was just too heavy for me to lift in and out of my caravan.
  • Pros: Durable, Easy To Steer, Ruby is a gorgeous color, Storage
  • Cons: Bulky, HEAD CUSHION needed, Heavy, Locking wheels

BE AWARE!!!!!

First Time Buyer, toysrus.com
12 March 2012
  • Summary: Even though it says on the box and the website that it is "universal" and compatible with most popular car seat brands IT ISN'T! Of the entire selection of car seats at babies 'r' us only two of them are actually compatible. My husband and I bought the adapter and were about to buy a car seat when we decided to set it up in the store to see how it worked.
  • Pros: Adjustable, Easy To Set Up
  • Cons: NOT UNIVERSAL AT ALL

Shows Dirt

Ree127, toysrus.com
17 September 2011
  • Summary: I am happy with my purchase, but after only using the stroller one time it shows so much dirt/food crumbs. As you know, babies are messy, but I was disappointed that after I tried cleaning up the stroller that it really didn't clean up as well as I had hoped. I think it might be due to the black color. I haven't tried washing the seat cover yet, but I'd hope that I wouldn't have to do a full on wash each time I use it.
  • Pros: Easy To Set Up, Smooth Ride, Stylish
  • Cons: Bulky, No Cup Holder

Do not buy this in Diamond color

frugal mommy, JoggingStroller.com
24 December 2010
  • Summary: First of all, the color Diamond should not be sold to any parent. It shows dirt too easily. I've had this stroller for about 8 months now, and I think it's been through normal wear and tear, I don't use it every day, really probably less than normal, and it looks horrible now. Even though this is a nice, expensive stroller, you wouldn't think so because of the dirt on the canopy.

disapointed

Anonymous, JoggingStroller.com
6 December 2010
  • Summary: I was really excited about this stroller at first, but after using it i was very disappointed. yes the configurations are great but it is hard to maneuver as a double. where i live some of the sidewalks are slanted and the stroller rolls in that direction, you really have to push it hard to get it going straight again and that really hurts your wrists. I first thought my wheels were damaged so i had them replaced and nothing changed.

very difficult to push with two kids

Anonymous, JoggingStroller.com
15 June 2010
  • Summary: I find it very hard to push because I want my baby closer to me and the toddler on the outer seat. This makes it very heavy at the farther end of the carriage where you have no control of because the handle bars are in the front which gives you ccontrol of the front. It is extremely hard to get up onto a curve because it's impossible to lift just the outer end. I am very unhappy with it as a double and I am looking to sell it.

  • Summary: The rain cover doesn't feel the thickest, it hasn't torn but I wouldnt' tug on it too hard! My 1year old can also play havoc with the bottom part as she kicks & pushes it away! The velcro bits which do up around the fixing of the seat to the frame are a bit of a pain too.

Dream to steer but not to store.

Leanne, Strollers and Prams
30 October 2011
  • Pros: Easy to store. Fits bags under the seat. Reversible at all ages. Bassinette shuts out a lot of light and keeps out insects.
  • Cons: Bulky. Needs seat etc removed before folding. Folding levers are temperamentle. Mesh is hard to see through. (eye contact was my goal ) can't change between seat and bassinette without unassembling 1
