Summary: I had a tomy monitor for my first child and loved it. This is the updated version and is terrible. It works, as a monitor (no interference, right sensitivity, light indicators, vibrates etc. all great). But, the base unit flashes when charging, which is annoying, the cable comes out at an angle meaning the base unit doesn't sit straight, or falls over, and when you unplug the base unit to take it to another room, the 'talk back' button is right where you intuitively hold...
Only worked for 10 months! Warranty 90 days! A joke!

Summary: Bought this baby monitor on 12/01/14 but didn't use till the 24/01/14. The remote stopped working on the 20/11/14. Only a 90 day warranty! Not happy with this and will not be using amazon again as this is not good enough service for a good customer.
Summary: I bought this for the vibrate feature thinking I could put in under my pillow and feel when it went off but I never use it because it goes off at the slightest murmur and it's a huge load vibrate!! It is good though because you can set it to low and hear when my baby awakes, giving me time to go do a bottle for when he's actually ready for it. My husband hates the lights on it though as it's like Blackpool illuminations in our room at night, this I don't mind so much.
Problems with the remote control of this Baby Monitor. Returned 2!

Summary: Unfortunately this baby monitor did not live up to expectation. Although as a baby monitor it works very well I ended up returning 2 of these and buying a completely different model by another manufacturer. In both cases it was the remote control/parent unit that was at fault. The first time because the LCD display was distorted and un-readable and the second time because it failed to charge. Evidently a faulty product.
Summary: It functions as a monitor but there are too many design flaws which make it annoying. The mains cable socket is poorly positioned making the patent unit unstable. The intercom two way speaker button is positioned right where you pick up the parent unit meaning it's to easy to accidentally press. The lullaby music is loud & clunky and not a particularly soothing sound. The lights which indicate sound is detected are far to bright.
Summary: I was initially drawn to this monitor as an alternative to a BT one which was DOA. It does the job Great things: Handy temperature gauge, very useful dimmer light (which was a god-send in those early days when we were feeding through the night), good signal strength, clear sounds that come through straight away, clip it to your clothes or open the prop at the back to sit it on a table Not so great things: The gauge light - probably useful for a deaf person because it is...
