Summary: there is nothing good about this product,i had soo many problems. the first one i was sent didnt work at all, the second one i was sent you can barely hear the baby crying, it wont be until the baby is screaming that you can hear it on the monitor, there has been times that my baby cried, someone has picked him up and taken it out of the room and i was completely oblivious because i couldnt hear a thing on the monitor.
Summary: As a safety concious first time parent I purchased this video monitor last year, with less than 9 months usage it is faulty. The battery life is very poor - always has been, however the last couple of months it got progressively worse, and now the monitor just switches itself off or cuts out even when plugged in.
Summary: We bought this monitor to replace a black and white Motorola monitor which broke. What a disappointment. Both units are flimsy and light - so light that the weight of their leads pulls them in another direction - so when you get the camera facing your baby, the lead will pull it back the other way again. Same with the screen on the parent base. Picture and sound quality is awful - on our other one we could hear our baby breathe; and the image on this one is fuzzy.
