Summary: This product gave me extra piece of mind and stopped me getting up in the night to check my little girl was still breathing (we've all been there)! It is pricey but I think it's definitely worth paying that bit extra.
Pros: Great clarity of sound, easily transportable, I like the nightlight and temperature functions, it also has a sensor pad which sounds an alarm if there is no movement for 20 seconds
Cons: Quite expensive at nearly £80, I have heard from other mums it can give false alarms
FANTASTIC BUT ONE SMALL ISSUE DEPENDING HOW YOU PLAN TO USE

Summary: Excellent value for money... just be sure that you will always be in a position to use the sensor mat, otherwise you'll need a supplementary monitor for those occasions.
Pros: The clarity is fantastic. The piece of mind of the sensor is great, we have had a couple false alarms but only about 2 or 3 so minor compared to the piece of mind it gives us.
Cons: The main weakness is that you can only use the monitor so long as the mat is plugged in. Our baby grew out of his moses basket quickly and we put him in a travel cot - the mat hasn't worked too well in that so we have had to buy another sound only monitor to use until he gets in to his proper cot.
Summary: Overall pleased with the monitor, which was bought to replace a sound only monitor. The movement mat really gives me peace of mind and is working well even though my son has taken to rolling right to the side of the cot.
Summary: This monitor has served us well for both children. The sound is clear, and it seems to have a decent range on it - i.e. it still works a considerable distance away from the baby / main unit. The breathing monitor is great reassurance. There is a setting whereby you can have it do a gentle beep whilst the baby is breathing - which we used a lot with our 1st baby.
A mostly very well thought-through and put together product, liked the different set-up options

Summary: We actually had this product for six months before we really used it, when we moved our son to his nursery we needed the monitor function. Generally not too much trouble to set the device up, although it's a bit of a pain that the monitor unit has to be a certain distance away from the sensor - I can imagine this being an issue for parents who want to set up their nursery in a particular way and have to change the layout to accommodate the Angelcare.
Summary: It does what it says on the tin. Only rating 4 stars as I feel the volume is a bit low. I've put the pad in the moses basket with my daughter, but what it doesn't tell you on here is that you need to buy some handiboard for under the mattress when your ready to put your baby in their cot/bed or crib
Summary: I've left it a few months before reviewing this monitor just so that I could be sure how I felt about the product and hopefully write a useful review. After realising that my baby would only fall asleep and stay asleep on his front, I was paranoid about cot death and all the scaremongering around babies not sticking to the recommended sleeping positions! How dare they not do what the books say they should do!
Summary: Delivery was prompt, but haven't used this yet as baby not here yet! Looks fine, not sure about the halo - think we will need to cover it up or take bulb out or it will keep us awake while baby is in our room
Summary: The angel care monitor can be slightly daunting at set up and this is not helped by an overly complicated manual. However, once it is set up correctly the unit really is a life saver and offer peace of mind.
Summary: It was hard for me to leave my baby on her own without worrying but since my partner bought the sensor (recommended by good friends), we now can talk without worrying about waking up the baby or have friends over and still keep an eye/ ear on the baby. I feel much better and recommend it.
