Save your back and buy this

Grace78, kiddicare.com
26 January 2014
 • Excerpt: After hurting my back carrying my 6 month old baby in the car seat carrier I decided to buy this. The hippy chick is different to regular carriers because it places a wedge on your hip so you can put your baby on the wedge and not on your hip thus keeping your spine straight and in its natural alignment reducing the risk of injury. It's very easy to use simply wrap belt around you and secure with the Velcro and the buckle.
 • Pros: Comfortable, Easy Use, Lightweight, Strong Construction

Hippybchick seat

little Nell, kiddicare.com
20 August 2013
 • Excerpt: Bought as a gift because I was given one. I would have been reluctant to buy but found the seat brilliant to use particularly going through airports when you finally have to surrender the buggy or it doesn't appear where it should. Wee one felt secure - yes you need a hand to support but so much easier if you are on the move. I'm little and really struggled to carry babies/ltoddlers otherwise. Not an everyday thing but certainly a nice little luxury.

Amazing : -)

 • Excerpt: This fantastic invention takes all the weight of your child. It's great for out and about or around the house when your child is being clingy. I keep it in the pram so it's always handy. My son is 9 months & we've only recently bought it but it could easily have been used from the moment they are confident at sitting up.
I can hold him on the seat comfortably for up to about 2 hours straight.

Happy with purchase

 • Excerpt: I have been suffering with back ache so started using it the moment it arrived and it has defiantly helped. The only thing i find a challenge is that I like to wear it on my left side but it is easier to put on the right side then twist around the body but it doesn't feel such a snug fit doing it this way.
 • Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Strong Construction
 • Cons: Difficult To Set Up

Handy for occasional use

Holiday Planner Mum, kiddicare.com
18 March 2013
 • Excerpt: I have a toddler who often demands to be carried when tired. when we booked our summer holiday I thought this might come in handy as a pram is not always useful on a beach.
I have, so far, only tested it around the house and already I can feel its benefits. There's less strain on my back, hips and arm that bear the load of the heavy becoming child.
My child has not noticed the difference and seems comfortable and happy to be so close to mum.
 • Pros: Easy Use, Lightweight
 • Cons: One Size Only

Definitely a product I'd recommend!

 • Excerpt: This is a great product that definitely gives your muscles more of a rest. My back and shoulders feel a lot better now that my toddler has a comfortable seat to support him. It also leaves me less restricted with my arms and hands. I find it particularly useful when we are at attractions like zoos where it can be difficult for him to see things if he is in a pushchair when he doesn't want to walk.It is comfortable and easy to store under hte pushchair.
 • Pros: Comfortable, Easy Use, Lightweight, Reasonably Priced, Strong Construction
