Ok, nothing special!

Melb, toysrus.com
  • Excerpt: The product was ok, it doesn't really fit my son well because he is a bigger baby. It's also not that comfy on the shoulders to carry him. If my so. Was smaller it may work better but it's small for him.

Not enough back support...

Mama Bear, toysrus.com
16 April 2015
  • Excerpt: If I knew that my back would be hurting so much, I would have purchased the Ergo instead of the Baby Bjorn. It does it's job in carrying a newborn, but with the rapid weight that they gain, the back support is needed. Won't recommend this product to others. Sorry.
  • Pros: Easy To Set Up
  • Cons: No Back Support

Easy to use

laa0330, toysrus.com
13 April 2015
  • Excerpt: I use the Baby Bjorn daily for carrying baby inside the house while doing chores and outside of the house while running errands. The Bjorn is easy to get on and off and is the most structured carrier I own at the moment, which makes it the most comfortable because of the support.

Arm saver; not a back saver

Whitney, toysrus.com
23 January 2015
  • Excerpt: Love being able to have baby close while still having use of both arms! I like how the Bjorn works...much simpler than wraps and other harnesses I've seen. Two issues: 1)I wish there were better directions for use (i.e. how to adjust when the baby grows, etc.), 2) Better lower back support.

Not for long term use

Busy stay at home Mama, toysrus.com
6 October 2014
  • Excerpt: This product is a great carrier, but I wouldn't recommend for long term use. My little girl was 6lbs when she was born, so when she was 8 lbs I could finally use it, and it was ok. It did give me both hands to use, and was super easy to put on.
  • Pros: Hands Free
  • Cons: Not Enough Pockets, Uncomfortable

  • Summary: This a nice carrier because it is made of breathable mesh, but doesn't fit more than a 15lb baby.

Not in love with it.

NoelB, toysrus.com
25 May 2014
  • Excerpt: I had hopes that I would love the Baby Bjorn. I had to settle for just liking the Baby Bjorn. The baby seems comfortable in it, and sometimes falls asleep in it. As for myself, I find that it doesn't distribute the weight of the baby in a great way.
  • Pros: Easy Use, Lightweight, Strong Construction
  • Cons: Uncomfortable

COMFORTABLE BUT FIDDLY

katherine williams, Made for Mums
2 June 2007
  • Summary: Very comfortable once it is on but not easy to get on single handedly. Great for a small baby but as they get bigger not so good.
  • Pros: I found this carrier comfortable to wear and my baby was well supported.
  • Cons: A nightmare to put on and seemed to need two people to master it. Naot good for realy fat babies as the leg fasteners won't fasten.
