Excerpt: I ordered this online because my closest free standing babies r us is a hour away. I was so disappointed when it arrived and so was my husband. For the price I expected a lot of more features. Its also navy not black like the picture looks. The design reminds me of a 80's style carpet. The canopy does not attach to the back of the carseat and pops up whenever you move it.
Excerpt: This car seat may have been great if we'd ever gotten a chance to use it. It has to be ordered online, and when it came, the box was damaged, the car seat was just thrown in the box with no bag or other packaging (thus the bottom was scuffed), and there was no instruction manual. We took it back to the store, and they recommended we order it again. The second one came in the exact same condition as the first. Unacceptable.
Summary: My son is two weeks young and everytime I put him in this car seat he cries and I mean every time. I put him in my daughters old car seat just to see if he'd cry and he didn't he actually was happy and fell asleep on his own. I will be returning this car seat!!!!
Summary: After looking on Consumer Reports, I ordered this car seat which ( according to Wal-Mart.com) was for an infant. When I received it and took it out of the box, there were several things missing. The instruction manual , the 5 point safety harness, the snuggie to keep a newborn in place and a lot more. Very unhappy with Wal Mart on this purchase and of course they do not carry the real infant ones in stock.
