Summary: I have owned this same booster seat for 4 years. I first purchased it for my friend's little girl that I occasionally watched that did not have a booster, and then my son used it. He's 7.5 with a lot of room to grow in it. It is SO sturdy, and when you pick it up, it stays in one piece instead of the bottom flopping down like on most boosters. My son says it's the most comfortable. We also own two Graco Turboboosters.
Summary: Ordered and it arrived quickly, before the anticipated arrival date as noted in our order. Easy to assemble, we love the low profile of the seat. Child thinks it's super comfy and is so excited to have a seat he can buckle himself into. Very pleased that the seatbelt stays hooked through the upper shoulder guide so that the seat does not move around when no child is buckled into it.
Summary: I really love Recaro products. We had the "Como" convertible car since our daughter was an infant. She is starting kindergarten in the fall and we felt it was time for a booster. She really loves it. The headrest is nicely angled if she falls asleep. It was easy to put together and set up in the car. We are now going to order a second for my husbands car too.
Summary: I just bought this because I knew of Recaro racing seats in my love of cars. I bought this for my nephew. This is a top rated seat!! He is pretty precious cargo & I feel overly safe with this one!! I highly recommend!!
Summary: I bought this booster after my 53inch tall 5 1/2 year old grew out of her Britax Frontier 5pt harness. We used the Britax as a high back booster for a few months but it was just too big and bulky, even in my huge Suburban. My middle daughter just turned 4 and is 42 inches tall. She has been in a Recaro convertible (rear/forward facing) seat since she was a year old and has been by far the most comfortable person in the car for 3 years.
Summary: I searched for a narrow booster seat, I have three kids and getting all three carseats next to each other is a challenge when you've got bulky car seats. the specifications said this product was 12 inches wide, so I decided to buy it, I was dissapointed when it measured 17 inches, the harmony deluxe is a lot more narrow than this seat, but it is much more sturdy than the harmony and better quality, it's a nice seat wish the measurements were different.
Summary: I have had my daughter in a recaro youngsport since she was 1 1/2 and loved it. It is now her brothers and she got this booster. I trust the safety and they are very comfortable. I agree if you have a bigger or chunkier kid it might not fit them since it is narrow. I would buy this again in an instant.
Summary: Just brought one for my 4.5yr old son. He loves it as he is no longer in the "baby" Britax seat. We had a Britax and Compass for my older son. This one does not move around like Britax. Very sturdy and comfortable. The only drawback is it does not have a cupholder and it's very heavy. We might get a Compass for the other car. So, it is much lighter when I need to carry it into the school for field trip.
Summary: We own two Recaro older style car seats for my 3 year old, now she needed a new seat and we liked the quality and style of Recaro. The Vivo is easy to clean and easy to use. The side impact sides block her view a bit but safety is key, And she is still comfortable. Its not the cheapest but I don't like to go "cheap" on my kids safety.
