Summary: We initially had a birth - 4 years car seat but found it too big for our baby who was three weeks early. We decided to buy one of these instead. The extra wedge and head hugger meant we could adapt the seat easily as she grew. She has slept fine in it and seems comfy.
Summary: Definitely a handy little piece to go with your car seat, given the unpredictable weather we often experience. Is a little tight fitting but nothing that is too bothersome. Very happy with it!
Excerpt: It's a nice product but the way they have concealed the sun visor material really makes it so difficult to pull it out and put it back also.its not really user friendly when it comes to that issue.

Pros: "Easy to use", "Rear facing", "Attaches on to many prams", "Safe design"
Cons: "Adjusting strap difficult to use in car", "Sun visor difficult to remove from plastic case"

Summary: Maxi-Cosi are without doubt the highest rated in terms of safety in more countries than any other brand. Just make sure you get a fitting in an independent nursery store, not Halfords or Mothercare etc - Don't learn to fit via YouTube either!
