Summary: I bought two of those covers (because I have two seats...) Surprinsingly one fits the seat quite good, as the other had several small hole when I unpack it, and fits really badly the seat. When I finally achieve to put it on the seat, the seat doesn't rotate as good as it should. I don't have this issue with the other one. The quality of the product dosn't seems to be constant... If I hadn't the issue with one of those, I would have put 4 stars.
Summary: I was most disappointed with the colour. It does not match the grey plastic bits on the seat so do not be deceived by the picture. Although sits nicely and possibly do the job, from the aesthetic point of view is rubbish.
Summary: This Axiss car seat didn't fit as snugly as it should have. The velcro tabs that are supposed to secure around the head rest keep coming undone and you have to really stretch it to fit properly. There were also 2 small holes in the fabric at the side by the opening around the buttons that swivel the seat. These ripped into a larger tear as I tried to pull the elastic over the side openings as the elastic opening hasn't been designed to stretch over the buttons fully.
Excerpt: I bought this car seat for my wee boy. Ordered the black reflection one. It came home and it has tacky silver/grey honeycomb effect on the sides of it. Was not happy with the look and if I'd known, would of bought the confetti one. Also, the seat doesn't have much padding? Think there is comfier looking ones on the high street. Saying all this, this idea is fantastic, and to that, I cannot fault.
Summary: There is only one fault with this and in my opinion it is an inherent design flaw. Dorel/Maxi Cosi may beg to differ (and in fairness to them I think they do) but our friends have one and they have the same issue and I see other reviews on the web about it. Basically the swivel is a great idea (all seats should swivel) and the seat is well made except for one problem.
